Confirm the order
- What to Send for an Accurate Roof Panel Quotation
A useful enquiry specifies the panel, dimensions, quantity, finish, accessories and delivery destination.
Production and inspection
- How GMiSU Insulated Aluminum Panels Are Manufactured and Inspected
All four GMiSU products use the same basic composite structure: upper and lower 3xxx-series aluminum skins with polyurethane insulation made using BASF raw materials.
Pack and ship
Confirm protective film, edge protection, pack supports and any crate requirements. Packaging and timber treatment must suit the destination. Reconcile the packing list and shipping documents with the final order before the shipment leaves.
GMiSU delivery workflow
- 01
Technical approval
Confirm the cutting schedule, quantities and accessory drawings before production.
- 02
Proforma invoice and deposit
Approve the commercial terms; a normal order uses a 30% T/T deposit.
- 03
Production
Schedule profile forming, polyurethane foaming and cutting to the approved lengths.
- 04
Quality review
Check dimensions, skin specifications, appearance and agreed inspection items.
- 05
Video inspection and balance
Arrange a WhatsApp or WeChat video review where agreed; the normal balance is 70%.
- 06
Loading and documents
Record packing and securing, then arrange the agreed export and shipping documents.
Keep the approval trail
Retain the approved drawings, proforma invoice, inspection records and packing list together. Payment and dispatch conditions remain those in the agreed contract. Photographs of loading help document shipment condition but do not replace the shipment's acceptance terms.
Export packing, bundle labels and receiving records
Insulated aluminum roof panel packing for export should connect each bundle number to product code, cut length, finish, piece count and roof zone. Agree package dimensions, surface and edge protection, handling restrictions, and photographs before closure and after loading. Total linear meters alone cannot determine a container loading plan.
Have the forwarder and receiving team confirm actual usable space, door clearance, unloading equipment and site access. Match bundle labels to the packing list. Record visible damage before unpacking and follow the agreed carrier, insurer and contract procedures; there is no universal claim deadline or unloading method for every shipment.
Confirm the right panel and specification with GMiSU.
Send your drawings, dimensions, quantity, color, destination and target schedule for project-based recommendations.
