GMiSU is the brand used on this website by Foshan Ruifangyuan Hardware Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (佛山市瑞方元五金制造有限公司). This notice explains information handling on Gmisu.com, including project inquiries and website statistics.

Information you provide

Our quotation form asks for your name, country or region, email address, interested product and project requirements. You may also provide a company name, WhatsApp or phone number, estimated quantity and required specifications. Information you send separately by email or WhatsApp may include correspondence, drawings and project photographs.

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss product suitability, prepare quotations and coordinate the project or supply services you request. Please provide only information relevant to your project, and do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or other sensitive personal information through the quotation form.

Quotation form processing

When you change the website language while completing a quotation, this browser tab temporarily stores your unfinished form so it can be restored on the translated page. The temporary copy is removed after restoration and is not submitted automatically.

The website submits quotation forms to Formspree, a third-party form-processing service. Formspree processes the fields you submit and technical request information to deliver inquiries and help protect its service from spam and abuse. Sending an inquiry through this form therefore involves Formspree as well as GMiSU.

Read Formspree's privacy policy. You can also contact GMiSU directly by email or WhatsApp instead of using the form.

Website analytics and cookies

The homepage can suggest a supported language using your browser's language preferences, without an IP lookup or automatic redirect. This tab remembers when you dismiss the suggestion or use the language selector for the rest of the session. No contact details are stored in this preference.

Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies. You can reject analytics or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer, without affecting browsing or inquiries. We remember your choice in this browser for 180 days. Advertising consent remains denied. GA4 event-level data is retained for 14 months; this is separate from the inquiry-record retention period below.

Cookie settings

Gmisu.com uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and interactions such as product views, contact-link clicks and quotation-form outcomes. Google Analytics can use cookies and process usage and browser or device information under Google's policies.

The custom analytics events implemented on this website record the relevant product, page, contact method or form outcome. They do not include the name, email address, phone number or project message entered in the quotation form.

WhatsApp links prepare an editable message containing the website, page language, public page address and, when available, a recognized referral or campaign source label. Full referral addresses and unique tracking IDs are not included. Only with analytics consent, this tab remembers the source label for up to 30 minutes to help match contact statistics; withdrawing consent removes it. A link click does not confirm that a message was sent.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. Blocking analytics does not require you to stop browsing the product pages or contacting us.

Hosting and external services

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Requests to the site pass through its infrastructure, which may process technical connection data, including IP addresses and request details, for delivery and security. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Links to WhatsApp, social networks and other external services take you to services governed by their own privacy practices. Email and messaging providers also process messages sent through those services. Our service providers may process information outside your country as described in their respective policies.

Retention and your requests

Inquiries that do not result in an order are kept for 12 months after the last contact and then deleted. Order, financial and after-sales records are handled separately according to their purpose and applicable retention obligations.

To ask about the retention of a particular record, or request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, email Levi@Gmisu.com. Include enough context to identify your inquiry, but do not send sensitive identity documents unless a suitable verification method has been agreed.

Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning your information. We may need to verify a request, and some records may need to be kept for an ongoing order, dispute or applicable legal obligation. Requests concerning a separate service provider may also need to be addressed to that provider.
